Friesens America | South Central (OK, TX, LA, AR) | coralg@friesens.com
I have a passion for books. I have enjoyed selling all disciplines of trade and college textbooks. Most recently I have engaged in being an “adjunct professor” where I have cross referenced many textbooks for my class. Public speaking, selling and teaching are all naturals for me. I love “people” and enjoy helping customers achieve all of their goals through each selling process.
Assisting you the “customer” is my main mission from beginning to end.
I reside with my husband Bill who is a 3M Dental Manager. We have two dogs and three cats which reside with us and two lovely adult daughters. We both love to serve our community, exercise, read, rescue pets, and travel (I love to ride horses when time permits while Bill golfs).

A born and raised Altona boy, I went to Winnipeg for my post-secondary education graduating with a diploma in business administration from Red River College and followed that up with a commerce degree from the University of Manitoba .
I joined the Friesens team in 2002 working as a customer service representative for two years, left the company for a short time and then returned to join the sales force in 2005. The territory I cover includes Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Northwestern Ontario and the Northern Territories.
My office is based in the plant, so I get to follow my customers’ book projects very closely throughout the production process. The customer service background I have also helps my customers as we’re able to come up with creative solutions & options when developing a book project.
When away from the office I enjoy spending time reading, watching, playing or coaching a wide variety of sports, as well as investing time as a part of the leadership team of my church.
At home, my wife Andrea and I enjoy watching our son Luke grow and develop. Both our families live in the Altona area, so we enjoy the comfort of having Luke’s grandparents and our siblings nearby.

Duncan McCallum
Friesens America | West Coast (CA, WA, OR, NV, UT) | sales@spectrumbooks.biz
Greetings! Thank you for your interest in Friesens!
Just to provide you with some background, my career began with graphic arts training in high school in Ann Arbor, MI. I continued this path earning a Bachelor of Science in Printing Management/Marketing from Western Michigan University. My educational experience culminated in 1991 earning an MBA from San Francisco State University.
In terms of professional experience, I worked for 15 years at one of the Ann Arbor book manufacturers in both their estimating and sales areas. I have worked on the sales side in New York City as well as the western U.S. My career took a very positive turn in 1995 when I opened up the western U.S. sales territory for Friesens. The territory has since grown into one of the largest territories, in terms of sales revenue, for the company.
My personal ambitions include a number of areas helping to provide for the happiness and growth of my two teenage children, studying and practicing piano, and Kriya Yoga meditation.
Thank you very much for your interest! I hope that I can be of service to you as you consider your next publishing adventure!

Elizabeth Cleveland
Friesens America | Midwest (WI, KS, MN, ND, SD, NE, MO, IA) | elizabethc@friesens.com
Hello, my name is Elizabeth Cleveland. I started my career in book publishing in 1995, working for a small nonprofit press in Minneapolis, and have more or less stayed in the industry since, working mainly in book production and print buying. I also have experience with commercial print sales, but my heart has always belonged to the book world. When I was a print buyer Friesens was always my preferred manufacturer. The clients I represented often needed high-end, specialty work and I could always trust Friesens to deliver to their expectations. They were consistently the best choice for the projects, both in quality and service. Because of my history as a buyer from Friesens, I believe I can offer publishers in the Midwest region a unique perspective and expertise when searching for the best options for their book projects.
I was born and bred in the Twin Cities and because of that and my background in publishing I have maintained strong connections in the book world. I also have a legacy in publishing, my dad worked in the industry for most of his career. I am proud to continue the legacy by representing such a professional company as Friesens – they truly understand the importance of high-quality book-making as well as what the art of book publishing is all about.
If your business is located in Minnesota, western Wisconsin, Iowa, North or South Dakota, Nebraska, or Missouri, and you would like to contact me about a pending project or with any questions, please do so at:

Gerhard Aichelberger
Canada | British Columbia (Vancouver Island, Gulf Islands) | gerhard@printsmithgroup.com
Hello, my name is Gerhard Aichelberger and I am the Friesens Book Division Representative for Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands of British Columbia, and also the San Juan Islands of Washington. I have been with Friesens in this position since 2003, and am extremely proud and honoured to be a part of such a solid and professional organization.
I have been working in the printing industry since 1976 and am a Journeyman Pressman by trade. I had been working in print production for about 20 years, when I switched over to the sales side of the industry. My production experience, along with my sales experience, affords me the opportunity to help customers with all aspects of their book project. I consider my role more as one of a consultant, providing customers with all the information they require in order to make fully informed and educated decisions. I then help to make sure that the manufacturing process goes as planned, and will ultimately ensure that customers are happy with every aspect of their printing experience.
I was born and raised here on beautiful Vancouver Island, which has provided me with a wonderful environment to raise my family with my wife, Glenda. My sales office is located in Cobble Hill, just north of Victoria on the southern end of the island. I look forward to the possibility of helping you with your book project, and demonstrating to you what a great experience printing with Friesens can be.

Jorge Rocha
Canada | British Columbia Mainland | jorger@friesens.com
As your Friesens Vancouver based Representative for British Columbia Mainland and the Sunshine Coast, I’ve had the pleasure of working with many successful writers, and publishers as well as entrepreneurial clients across the province in a consultative sales/service capacity.
I grew up in northern BC (Kitimat) and have travelled the province extensively so I feel passionate about BC Book Publishing. I’ve made it my mission to assist publishers of all levels of expertise to effectively communicate their ideas in order to produce professional, cost efficient, attractive hardcover and softcover titles for the retail book trade as well as other specialty markets.
I’ve been the Friesens point person here since January 1998 and since that time I’ve witnessed the publishing industry go through some major changes, especially over these past few years. What remains consistent to successful publishing is a quality book product, the willingness/ability to adapt your marketing techniques and the perseverance required to promote and distribute your book project.
As a guest lecturer at Simon Fraser University and the Canadian Publishing Seminar Series on book production and as a member of the Alcuin Society, I’m kept abreast of current publishing trends and marketing techniques and try to share these with my clients.
I can advise on book production issues (layout/design) that should be taken into consideration prior to printing and provide cost efficient pricing and coordinated scheduling through to distribution.

Hello Atlantic Canada!
After spending 25 years in the yearbook business, I’m “switching gears” and moving to our book division. I couldn’t be more excited.
